My doctor suggested some sort of hoot ass daily journal, and to write how I am feeling about things and people down, and keep record and just be overall more aware. Do you guys do this, or do just consider making posts like what I am talking about?
I should just post my bitching and moaning that I'm doing anyway on here lol

I got in trouble in the rehab (it was 12 step focused) cause WE HAD to keep a daily feelings diary and then post I through the door for all the staff to see (so not only was it seen by the psyciatrists or counsellors it was seen bu the self righteous junkies who answered phones who had about a year sobriety, I got in a bit of trouble with that cause I would write the most cynical stuff about how kyle morning coffee was the best thing ever and not much else.
But in real life, I'll write in this diary and the forget about it for weeks, and then rip the whole thing out and decide its ab bad idea and then start another one like I'm gonna be the next Anne Frank but I'm not .
