I weighed myself 3 times all hitting 229 from 240 just a month or 5 weeks back. I get up and Im now 233 again.
4 fucking pounds is what "Empty caleries" will put on you. how is that even possible? a pound or 2 at best but 4?

You gotta get active. My weight fluctuates maybe 5 pounds at most. In the summer it’s rock climbing, kayaking, hiking, biking. In the winter snowboarding and cross country skiing is cool. The fresh air is invigorating year round.

I'm hung over right now but I been trying to walk up hills and sweating because I walk fast non stop. it's hard for me. wasn't shit just a few years back.
lung problems. i can hear myself whistle when Im breathing from the airway even with steroid inhalers.

Most guys would just push her away and laugh about it but there is a percentage of guys that would be more than happy to beat a bitch down.
