It's funny how the Coast Guard guys along with Ltc Aquino showed up together. and of course 'OPD''s family back in the 1980s with LtC Aquino showing up to greet and be a delegate of sort for the family he helped put into power with the CIA and the OPD's family being there at the same party. but he wasn't.
