   Well thank you..were was civil servants when I needed one. you know how long a single man with grown kids kicked out/divorce has to wait to get any kind of living assistance in San Francisco area? fuck even Oakland is outrageously expensive now. I dont think it exist. until my back goes fucked for life.

   2 1/2 years full time then an office with college students renting offices off campus at Cal, then my own office with a shower downstairs with full bathrooms. then part time in my car while part time over here at my buds house.
   
   sometimes I crash in my car at their garage. but I have friends living a mile from me who have a basement I can crash in and do laundry. it's typical living these days in the bay area.. reminds me of my childhood days of neighbor hippies living like this.
   
   Hopefully i can find a decent job, a nitch and buy property in the mountains, prefab a house off the grid with solar and a well or truck water in. I don't need to live like I did all these years with a nice apartment because I always thought of rent as being a waste of money and when I was owner I always had shit I needed to work on. I want a minimalist house on my own property in a county with low property tax.
