making a high milage 350 5.7 last

   so i got this 94 silverado 1500 duel cab 2wd. 299,500 on the engine, and 500 miles on the re manufactured transmission.
   
   how much longer can my 350 tbi engine last? so far, nothing wrong with engine yet.
   
   also truck was well maintained, frame in great shape, barely any rust on the body.
   
   so any idea?

   my truck has 302,000 on it, engine has probably 2/3 of that, but then again its a 4.9l I6 and they put those niggers in dump trucks and shit
