i still say polish culture in palces like lodz or certain parts of warsaw like the right side area of the palace of culture or nad wisla where teens hang out or kick it americans would be quite shocked seeing kids ltierlaly in soem cases 13 yr olds smoking and dirnking in public and no one caring.
