    Imagine a pirate party basically if China was more like North Korea but hostile aggressive instead of defensive and took over the world ocean, took control from the USA and state sponsored Chinese privateers raid anyone not "of the skull and crossbones" (and sometimes even them too) also probably control global shipping. I could see it as a possibility if they take Taiwan and own all the chips and ships.
