YOu avoid cutting open the bladder when field dressing anything, I would highly recommend avoiding the anal glands, but if you skin it like any other mammal, the smell wouldn't affect you. HOwever they are mean as fuck in the wild, porcupines, non venomous snakes, and i can't think of that other one that's like a weasel but pink, molerats or some shit? THey screech and it scares the shit out of me.
