Set intent to disarm and aim for the crotch to push people. When being attacked hold down the arrow key in the opposite direction and spam the other 3 keys so you are hard to hit.
When running away occasionally double back and make him chase you Benny hill style. Don't be afraid to open an airlock and dash away then go back before it closes because waiting for the airlock takes like 1 second but if you touch it, run and come back the other guy has to keep up or he loses you fast.
