   ya it wasn't difficult, my body didn't hurt, i got to eat good meals, I didn't have to do any work, i got to read a lot today and study, and watch an NFL game, I get to take a warm shower in about an hour, drink a cold glass of water and get into my comfy bed.
   
   I'd say this has been a really nice day, i didn't even go outside rofl, but i was comfortable and nothing bad happened. :)

   Societal programming influences us all. If ppl are not wageslaving, or being productive to some degree, they feel guilty about it. Let us strive for balance & equilibrium, Bradley. Rest & recreation is important for overall health and well-being.

   Happy isnt the right term to describe how you feel about that. It's relieved. Frankly, you were happier using substances. The drugs lowered your inhibitions enough for you to come out of your shell and truly express yourself. They enabled you to establish an identity.
