There's really only one race of aliens, but they can change their shape and appearance at will, indistinguishable from the real thing. And there's no hocus pocus whatsoever involved. These beings have millions of years of scientific accomplishments under their belt. Of course Bob Lazar could predict element 115 would be created, just as I can look at wikipedia, see that elements up to 118 have been synthesised, and predict that element 119 will be created.
It doesn't mean much, and his claims that element 115 would be stable were not bourne out to be true.
