Stoners who have nothing besides smoking weed as an identity tend to be the ones who brag about their area having the best weed. As you said anyone can grow indoor and there is quality weed all around the world. Its still fun seeing though the different types of weed people have throughout the world. Seeing bud grown in the Himalayas , south america, Africa, etc etc. I also like too see how bud turn out in different growing conditions etc. It shouldn't ever be a dick measuring contest.

Yea, I didn't watch that but the thumbnail alone shows me that I wouldn't want to be there. Y'know, we have the Love Parade where everyone does all the drugs but I'd rather die than be there. Just because assholes smoke weed doesn't mean I want to be with them. I had my social Cannabis phase at the age of 15.

Smoking really does make you look cool and rebellious. You have to gaze into the horizon with cold thoughtful eyes while doing it to gain the full effect and hear passersby compliment you.
