And I'm not gonna be like hurr hurr they all did war stuff and just list wars. I will name specific victims that they genuinely murdered.

First you define murder. If it anything other than the accepted legal definition then there is no basis for rational discussion. I can make up my own definitions and win any argument.

That is not necessarily murder. It could be manslaughter, it could be self defense, it could be a legal execution, it could be a pure unavoidable accident, or any number of other things besides murder.

Can we agree on that definition?

Again not necessarily murder, in a self defense situation where my home was being invaded I would intentionally kill but not be guilty of murder. Every soldier in every war ever has intentionally killed enemy soldiers in combat and not committed murder. When a terrorists is hunted down and intentionally killed that is not murder.

Ok well like I said I'm not talking war related murders I'm talking specific individual murders where a person kills another person that they don't like not out of self defense just kills them because they want them to be dead. Can we agree on that definition?

What if that person wanted a known terrorist who has killed innocent people dead and didn't like them and that person was charged by oath of office to protect those innocent people. So they gave an order to have other men kill th3 known terrorist to prevent more innocent victims? That would not be personal self defense so that is not murder.

But in the interests of time here is a definition I'm willing to accept.

Section 1751(a) of Title 18 incorporates by reference 18 U.S.C. §§ 1111 and 1112. 18 U.S.C. § 1111 defines murder as the unlawful killing of a human being with malice.

So there is lawful killing which is not murder.

Now, besides the Clinton's trail of bodies name one victim of every US President that has committed murder.
