He was a "brilliant" student who has a history of stalking women. he was walking through an upper middle class neighborhood in East Oakland's Diamond district.
It started off with a man being reported of spray painting balls and penis on cars and houses before the man entered a home on Las Vegas Ave and started shooting at a police cruiser.
He was shot in the leg and shoulder 2 days ago by police but died this morning.
Some dude was telling me about this last night. said he was shooting people outside of their business. Oakland is being gentrified by wealthy techies.. apparently that doesn't matter. Dude was white! had issues with immigrants though. but has a hispanic like name. or russian or some shit.
