    Im not near as fat as i was a few years ago. I mean in high school i was 270 and i was in really good shape, so 250 is probably the least im ever going to be able to weigh.

    Lol that is a ~50lb range, fatass.

    No such thing as 'heavy bones'. Your bones are as dense as everyone else's bones. Skeletons are very light compared to our weight in water, a lot of which is held in fat and muscle.

    I was working out a little bit at a time and lose weight so I wouldn't bulk up and have not had been doing so a week because I feel sick. And I lost like 20 pounds over 4 months but gained 10 pounds back in one week.

    It's a cruel joke for us with slow metabolism
