    Ive been doing these exercises where i find fences higher and higher and i learn forward and do like a front flip learning down on a fence to try lewening this skill. I saw some kid do it wnd itd been bugging me as i want the skill too. But i kept leaning on my lower stomaxh giving myself crazy bruises rether than where legs ene wnd stmsch starts like above groin area.

    But i e been hitting it well sometimes landing on feet i just have to overcome the tendency to crouch legs and not keep them straight in air.
