   There was a movie that Marshall Herff Applewhite made in the 1970s or 1980s about UFO encounter. Not a documentary which also was made about them years before the suicides
   
   I can't find it on Google because it's all about everything regarding them and the suicides and HBO making another movie about their suicide but they actually made a low budget film of their own that was kind of entertaining.
