My sisters boyfriend put on mechanic coveralls and pulled a stocking over his head and jumped out from behind a door trying to scare me one night when my dad wasn’t home.
It definitely worked. I screamed and would have stabbed him if I had a knife.
Of course they thought it was hysterical.
