    Since amerifats dunno, Canada was literally sterilizing native women within a generation, I believe the last forcible ones that I know about was in the late 90s but could have been even later. I know some native women with alot of kids bit they're typically not the worst parents but that's kinda anexdotal. Maybe if there's a history of neglect and failure, you go in for a mammogram and come out with your tubes tied. Sorta like that doctor who was impregnation hundreds of women with his coom but in reverse
