    I live in an apartment complex and I have anxiety just about going on a different floor in my apartment let alone going outside I stay in my apartment for weeks at a time and even though I feel trapped in here I feel better about being in my apartment then leaving

    I would welcome that. as I'm too much a coward to do it myself I have tried in the past but I kept fucking it up and kept getting hospitalized.
