   the experts don't agree about it, and sex-phobic neo-purtians have an agenda, so they're super happy to distort the facts.
   
   The Wikipedia page about Hebephilia says that hebephiles are attracted to people aged 11-14 which corresponds to Tanner Stages 2 and 3
   
   BUT the page about Tanner says that Stages 2 and 3 are ages 9-13.
   
   This discrepancy shows a kind of age inflation.
