Russian Military cannot fire artillary without direct approval from Putin

I stare at world map NFT's (that I make) every day and from a strategic view, Mother Russia is truly the Apex. They must move slow and deliberate, careful because one small chink in the chain can set off a global chain of events in which they lose all control.
Loss of control is how the enemy seizes power and unravels you. Russia knows this, America and China knows this. Which is why their military are such tight asses they CANNOT FIRE ONE FUCKING SHELL without phoning their Commander who phones the batallion chief, General, 10 Tsar General who reports directly under Putin and says "Sir We have them in the cross hairs, do we fire?" and Putin says DA or NYET

Maggie got a phone call in the middle of the night from the nuclear submarine HMS Conqueror asking for permission to sink the Belgrano. Always seemed to me kinda weird that she gave the word herself. If she delegated it she could have passed off blame. Here she is getting a bollocking about it from some arsehole journalist. -

IT'S MUH PUTIN because they already demonize him in the media as the "worst evil of our lifetimes" for yeeting a border. It makes sense that they are making these moves slowly. It feels slow for sure, I bet intelligence realizes this. There is really nothing stopping them from glassing the place and moving on but they are playing it cool as fuck like a first date with a hot chick while everyone screams and cries about every little thing. It makes sense in this current ME ME ME slowflake climate. -

wasn't it you that posted the VR interviews with US veterans? there was that one guy who kept talking about how frustrating it was to have to ask the commander in Afghanistan for permission to engage even if they were attacked first, and it often took a long time to get a response -
