No, I don't "usually" have anything till dinner...the sausage/egg and cheese McGriddle is a maybe once every 6 weeks "treat"

Normally I only have 1 meal, dinner. My doc keeps giving me a hard time though saying it's bad for the digestive system and glucose balance and it's better to have something in the morning, lunch and then smaller meal at dinner.
