    It’s come to my attention that Comcast’s man-in-the-middle “Advanced Security” attack has been enabled by default for a large majority of their customers, and as such has blocked connections to files.catbox.moe.

    IDK about the laws where you are at, but if COMCAST owns the network they can MITM it all they want as long as it's done for 'security and compliance' reasons. There may be privacy laws involved or other laws, which is why i added the compliance part. If you don't like that state of affairs i suggest you lrn2chain.
