I lied about not having felonies and told them about one conviction in the last seven years and didn't mention things I wasn't convicted for or the restraining order because they didn't ask folks. I did leave out my battery and disorderly conduct on accident ;);)

It is liberal thoughts like this that allowed Darrel Brooks to mow down innocent people with an SUV in Kenosha. People are what they are. If they have drug problems that have lead to multiple felony and misdemeanor convictions it is not likely that they will be a dependable employee who can be trusted to perform their assigned tasks in a satisfactory fashion. Personnel are not the most important part of any business, they are the business.
If you have substandard undependable personnel you will a substandard unreliable business. Would you buy a pig in poke knowing that some of the pokes contained poisoned pork? Then why would want to put others in a position that required them to hire people without knowing their background?

I'm not a far-left (nor right). I'm a centrist. I just think if a person can go 7 years for not fucking up. proves themselves. its a long time but if they don't go to jail or prison for 7 years, and show active commitment and maybe volunteer work, they should be able to have major felonies with expungements to not show up on record for Background checks. Not the court system itself or cops checking up on people but for background info.
That's all I'm saying. yes, he would probably have to hire an attorney to have it removed anyways.
otherwise you have no way to get a real good-paying job unless you have the skillset to start your own business.
Brad, take a class in plumbing and get certified. then go get a used pickup truck and be a handyman. charge a bit less for what a plumber charges. it's shitty work (literally) but you could make a good living. 6 figures a year if you keep busy. be friendly as fuck to your clients and get personal referals. hand out business cards. Folks I'm going to jail, I'm a career criminal, I really only got my degree in accounting so I could get into white collar crime later in life, my body is rapidly depreciating because of rheumatoid arthritis and beer drinking. I plan to move to Florida, get an updated Florida ID, and not mention I ever lived in any other states, most employers search state specific records but honestly if I could just save up 5k id have enough to move to Florida I'm debating just getting a bus down to Orlando and showing up at a church and say I paid in advance and the apartment was a scam I only learned about when I got there and that I'm disabled Christian and trying to get back on my feet. I don't look like a junkie because I'm just a badly aging beer drinking alcoholic and I know a bunch of bullshit about the Bible and how to read and manipulate people, the holier or eviler a man is the easier it is to control his behavior for him, men who are the middle of the road are typically the most difficult

Anyways, I have to get up and work all day tomorrow. I hate working on a Sunday. seems sinful but then again, we didn't have the rules of the J'ews. so Pray and go to work. look at them Muslims. shit, they bring their prayer rugs with them for 7 times a day. work 12-16 on some days.
