California I think is most known for Freeway Shootings. it just never stops. Especially lately in Northern California near us. Richmond to Fremont, San Francisco to Oakland. just fucking morons killing people randomly or having an OK-Corral like gunfight while driving.
It seems Colorado is well known for Mass Shooters. Aurora for a small city has way beyond its share. today Denver had 4 people killed. -

Believe it or not, It's only been recent since counties in the San Francisco area were banned from Open Carry. only in the last 8 years. Contra Costa County (Where Walnut Creek was) allowed open carry.
but having a gun in your trunk, unloaded is perfectly leagal. and there was a Supreme Court Justice who ruled in California's favor to stop the maximum amount of rounds allowed. however city by city can enforce their own codes. I think Walnut Creek didn't allow open carry 8 years ago, but it's Yee Haw hick Neighbor, Concord (AKA CONCRUD) with a gun range allowed it. it's the redneck county. or was. most people left Cali in the last 8 years because they banned open carry. but now people may come back, you got supreme court justice saying a lot of the shit in California is illegal.
I would always wear a helmet when riding a motorcycle but I would never take the right away from a fellow bike rider to ride without one. or a seat belt. Any adult over the age of 16-18 should have the right to not wear a seatbelt. anyone under should. or at best, under the age of 13.

I dont mean a 80 year old were it could be wrestled from her and in the hands of a piece of shit. but someone say 60 or even 70 who takes training classes every few years, is encourage to go to a gun range to practice. let alone people without felonies. the more conceiled weapons or open carry (I would feel safer conceiled because it might have a numbing effect that open carry was the norm, making it easier for a active shooter to blend in. so it makes more sense to have a conceiled weapon for non-felony users.
they fear that a shootout might involve an innocent person? cops shot a suspect at a mall the other day, bullet went through the store's wall and killed a teen. this is why you have to have training to allow a conceiled weapon. you better make sure no one is around.
the crime wave would drop. it might take a few years to kick in. to have the thugs realize more of their thug friends have died from someone who defended themselves with lethal force.
this restriction law on guns I used to think was a good idea. I know now it's only making crime worse. they actually wanted to defund cops. then the trend of flash-mob on malls was never ending.
its time to put the power into the hands of individual citizens who have permits to do so. make a mother fucker think twice about how "Easy it is to get away, using the race card or sympathy card if I get caught" -

I guess that's how it works. but of course, Newsom and friends will continue to push their agenda to rid all multi-gen Californians so they'll move away. -
