Make it a few YEARS and now we're talking. I don't need to be present for most of it just around enough to ensure the person stays alive for as long as I want them to. In the meantime I'd have hundreds of various torture techniques to implement on a rotating schedule with surprise appearances from friends who also want to take part with their own ideas at their convenience. It would be a literal living hell and I would enjoy every second of it.

That is being FAR FAR too generous. If you rip their eyes out right away then they don't have to watch as you do all the other horrible shit to their body. Keep the eyes in. It's KEY to a proper torture that someone like this deserves.
