THE CONSTITUTIONS WERE INSURANCE POLOICY'S TO PROTECT THE PEOPLE FROM OVER REACHING FORMS OF GOVERNMENT TRYING TO ENSLAVE THE PEOPLE IN YEARS TO FOLLOW. THEY WROTE DOWN OUR RIGHTS AND THE RULES FOR GOVERNMENT TO FOLLOW. EVERY ELECTED TRUSTEE/SERVANT SWARES AN OATH TO UPHOLD ALL LAWS, THE CONSTITUTIONS BEING THE HIGHEST LAWS OF THE LAND.
