   the website to pay on sucks though and theres no way to 100% confirm i'm paying the right bill (how they are this incompetent still i have no colue) without calling and waiting 2-3 hours on hold. i dont give a fuck about my credit anyways though, so i just decided not to pay it. they just sent me a letter saying that they will notify my employer to garnish my paychecks to pay it.
   
   so basically, in the end, i'm getting away with skirting around their wait times and instead they have to contact my boss to arrange it lol
