So you basically can't hesitate, either talk to the girl or do don't, don't spend time trying to read the situation.

Im not middle aged tho. I was in my early or mid 30s then. The pinnacle of a man age wise and she was pinnacle of a woman age wise. -

Is middle age. it's not 40 even though people are getting closer to living to be 80 on average. up until 30 years ago, in the USA. the average age for a man was 68. now its 78 for men and 81 for women. so you're pretty much Middle age at "mid 30s" you're in the center tri-mester of your life. so Yes, You're a middle age old man.
