   The Millen Tower is San Francisco's version of the leaning tower of Pisa. It's a luxery tower leaning two feet to one side now.
   
   This shows how corrupt San Francisco is. Who approved the safety inspection knowing the piles didn't go all the way into the bedrock. Then points fingers at other projects
