    According to the article there is a polish law if you talk bad things about poland the polish govt can go after you for a crime punishable up to three yrs in jail or prison. If theye xtradite you or if you do it especially within Poland. You can do it pretty much against other nationalities in Poland like talk shet about Americans but if you do it back against Poland you can be arrested.

    You can't be extradited by a country you have not committed a crime in you dumb polack. To be extradited you must commit the crime within the jurisdiction of the nation seeking extradition. Poland only has jurisdiction on Polish soil.
