You dont know the first thing about Arizona or the desert. It's beautiful, vibrant, full of wildlife including elk, mountain lions, and eagle The mountains surrounding my valley create some of the most beautiful sunrise/sunsets anywhere.
During monsoon season there is driving rain storms to replenish the fuana. I can travel an 45 minutes east in December and snow ski or an 30 minutes west and be sitting on the Colorado in jeans and a t-shirt.
In August I can do the same thing and be in 110 on jet ski, boat, or even just an inner tube on the river or on the mountain at 75 to 80 in the shade sipping a beer and watching the Elk from the patio of one of my favorite bar/inn. Yes they actually rent cabins and rooms. -
