Would actually have to hit for that to be a good metaphor, so far just a lot of swinging and missing going on.

'Italy no longer has four seasons'

"It is not normal," he added, reflecting on how climate change is driving more unpredictable weather and higher temperatures.

"We used to have four seasons and now it is impossible to tell what's going on."

So you're saying normal is whatever you tell us it is?

Florida ocean temperatures peak to almost 100 degrees amid heatwave: "You really can't cool off"

Sea surface temperatures have been rising for decades, with the past three decades seeing "consistently higher" temperatures "than any other time since reliable observations began in 1880," according to the EPA.

I'm saying you aren't reporting anything new. The weather has been changing for billions of years.

The .gov sources are basically worthless, as the government can force the underlings to report anything they want them to report, for political purposes. They are certainly not independent sources.

The HOAX of climate change (formally referred to as “Global Warming”) is being widely perpetrated on the American people by politicians, activists, and flawed scientists. The real science and associated data are either being ignored or modified to fit the political narrative.

Organizations such as the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) have modified/deleted “peer review” comments from scientists that challenge the IPCC Assessment Reports (AR1 thru AR5). In late 2009 a whistleblower leaked thousands of emails between scientists in high-ranking positions in the IPCC. These emails document their “unethical attempts to suppress contrary opinions and publications from climate skeptics.”

This “Climategate Scandal” (November 2009) exposed the data manipulation to hide the decline in air temperatures post-1980. Global warming stopped in the mid to late 90s. The data shows temperatures are actually cooling since that time frame.

The ultimate heat source for our planet is the Sun. Therefore, our temperatures are driven by the Sun. The history of sun activity is very revealing. From the Little Ice Age to the present decade, it has exhibited “cycles” of activity. These are referred to as “Relational cycles.” The “Dalton Minimum” circa 1793 is an example of these relational cycles. During these cycles, the Sun decreases heat output or solar hibernation.

The “bottom line” to this discussion is the FACT that humankind did not/cannot impact the natural cycles of the Sun. Climate change is a political hoax with no true basis in real science/data.
  16. As someone old enough to know, because I was there, the first hoax they shat out was global cooling in the '70s, the next hoax they shat out was global warming in the '90s, then they just changed it to climate change, all encompassing, so they can cover all the bases of the hoax no matter what the weather does.

Stop breathing do you want the weather to change FFS
  18. They're going to change the weather by picking the last few dollars out of your pocket. Meanwhile, they do nothing about the multi-national polluters for profit on a grand and global scale. They won't lift a finger against them for fucking over our natural resources and our atmosphere, but they'll be more than happy to go after the little guy, all righteous and noble and pure as they are.

World experiences hottest week ever recorded and more is forecast to come

According to UN secretary general António Guterres “climate change is out of control”. He warned that if the world persisted in delaying key measures needed to limit fossil fuel emissions, it would move “into a catastrophic situation”.

Many scientists have reacted to this alarm with rueful resignation. They have warned for more than 30 years that continued burning of fossil fuels would trigger the heatwaves that we are now experiencing.

“We should not be at all surprised with the high global temperatures,” Prof Richard Betts, climate scientist at the Met Office and University of Exeter, told the BBC. “This is all a stark reminder of what we’ve known for a long time, and we will see ever-more extremes until we stop building up more greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.”

US weather man threatened with death for mentioning climate crisis

“It was ‘I am going to kill you’ written in a very deliberate way in a long letter and followed by obsessive emails,” said Gloninger. His critic demanded that he “go the hell back to where you came from DOUCHEBAG!!!” and demanded “what’s your home address, we conservative Iowans would like to give you an Iowan welcome you will never forget.” The emails attacked Gloninger for pushing a “liberal conspiracy theory on the weather”, calling climate change a “Biden hoax”.

What followed was a painful, fraught year in which Gloninger and his wife, Cathy Danko, struggled to deal with what they felt was an overt threat to their safety. The meteorologist started to suffer from stress-induced acid reflux and a chronic cough. He felt his zest for work was diminishing. He ended up in therapy for a year.
  20. António Guterres is a self-professed radical left wing kook. Such great sources you have there. Let's just go ahead and take the word of a radical left wing socialist kook! Riiiight.
