Let me see if I understand it correctly, Australia has no bill of rights, and this youtuber isn't sure having a charter of human rights would make a difference anyways, all the spying is America's fault, and this invasion of privacy enables law enforcement to control your mind by studying your habits to predict your reactions.

    What am I missing?

Yeah, his delivery is annoying but there aren't many who deal with local corruption like him

    1. Australia isn't so much a country as a US military outpost, and has no practical sovereignty or foreign policy of its own

    2. The country has no hard protections (such as a bill of rights) against or even real oversight for governmental overreach

    3. The state as a neoliberal social experiment has made life so easy for most people (see population clusters) for so long that they're largely willing to accept anything

    4. Media saturation and political corruption are at absurd, banana-republic levels
The following users say it would be alright if the author of this post didn't die in a fire!
  7. The Constitution of Australia (or Australian Constitution) is a written constitution that is supreme law in Australia.

The constitution also contains a schedule setting out the wording of the oath and affirmation of allegiance. By convention, the Governor-General and members of parliament are required to swear an oath or affirmation of allegiance before taking office.

    The oath reads:

I, (name), do swear that I will well and truly serve Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second, Her heirs and successors according to law, in the office of Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, and I will do right to all manner of people after the laws and usages of the Commonwealth of Australia, without fear or favour, affection or ill will. So help me God!

Clearly, they are constitutional oath violators.

I am not on this planet to be of use to you, deal with it buttercup.

Why you are stupid is not something I have never and will likely never given a moments serious thought to.

I suppose your mother could try to explain it to you.

All this to a 70 year old woman because she doesn't want to be locked down.

I guess the anti-lockdown protestors should take a cue from BLM and trap the cops in a burning police station. The media approved of that.
