   Yes they do...get an OLED screen exactly the same size and put it into a twin theatre so they are side by side (the projector screen and the OLED)...the OlED contrast, brightness and image quality will make the projector look like my ass after it's been battered by the US Navy.
   
   ..and bear in mind we were talking about projectors for home use here...not the 10s of thousands of dollars ones they put in movie theatres, nice try billy, NICE TRY.

   no noticeable differences amd the only reason you feel so is because you went to the theater alone and that contrasted with your surrounding where everyone else went there in pairs.
