Y’all…I’m so proud of myself…all the time that I’m usually here roasting niggas who talk that bullchit..I’ve used that time for good ….
I’ve reached the level in my fitness that I’ve built up my endurance…I’m jumping fast and long ..I’m running fast with less breaks …
Im learning my finger placement on my guitar better which was very difficult for me and mu wittle fingers…but I’ve shown improvement…
I can tune my own guitar now..and I’m spending less time on my phone in general building stronger bonds with those around me
I’ll be 40 March 5.. I know I look 19..I’m black …and I’ve never done hard drugs ..so of course I don’t look it or feel it ..
But when I turn 40 ..I want to be the best me I can possibly be ..and I’m doing it !

I’ve learned something about myself…I lie to have a goal ..it’s very natural to me..to have something that I’m trying to achieve or strive for..it really helps me …

Imma tell y’all something…today I went into a place physically and mentally that I’ve only done at peak fitness with my jumping rope …
I did it today …I entered beast mode…beast mode is when I’m jumping so fast you can’t even see the rope..you can only hear that bish..straight Ali chit..boxer chit ..Bruce Lee chit. ..
When I enter that zone …I’m unstoppable…I’ve entered a realm where my body is in auto pilot…mfn cruise control….
I just step out my body and watch me go! Look at me go baby !
