as for sleepwalking that's entirely possible with zolpidem/zopiclone and pals - I'm sure you've heard the stories of people unconsciously going for a drive and plowiing through fences or waking up to a burning house because they tried to bake a cake
I wonder how that works with burden of proof. It would make sense from their end that you'd need to prove you were really forcibly drugged, otherwise anyone could say that. At the same time, they should have to prove that you weren't. I wonder which it is.
