You agree to pay them their money over some period of time (250yrs), so there is no longer a case against you, yet at the same time all of your income is undeclared and cannot be garnished, and you get to have nice things that will last you a long time without having to pay too much for them. You could be driving a brand new piece of shit garbage modern engineering car that costs as much as a house should, but while only paying nothing for it over the course of your entire life.
