Who was that guy that ,made the thread about working at the chili restaurant that makes that certain style of chili. I can't remember it was like some shit that they make in a certain state and you put it on hot dogs or some shit

I remember a thread about it, someone worked there or something making that chili. Maybe it was Bill Krozby but I don't think he ever worked in Cincinnati
