   Same here. A condo. Im guessing they'll rent it out. could be up for sale now. rent prices are dropping fast while home values are creeping up.
   
   would love some quiet folks living next door that don't slam the fucking door all the time.
   
   kids are noisy af too. they're bad about slamming doors all the time.
