I think most guys are like that but I'm not closeted about what I like. How often is it sunny and warm out of the year. the Months where it's warm. I know the midwest can get toasty. is it usually that sunny?
the area looks like part of San Jose but the only place I know where is a canal is Mission Rock in San Francisco. and there is the lake Merritt in Oakland which you can use paddle boats. but the best place for urban paddle boats is Stow Lake at Golden Gate Park in the western side of the city.
those things are a good work out. Would love to just do that an hour in the early morning every day. -
