   Frame rate and resolution refer to what is displayed on the screen...what is displayed on the screen in the case of games is...GRRRRAPHICCSSSSS (and usually some text to which frame rate really isn't applicable).

   Again there are plenty of games that have "Shit" graphics but are superior to games with "Great" Graphics...because of the gameplay.
   
   A good game has nothing to do with graphics...Tetris was offered as an example of this.
