Mushroom gardening

   The dinner kind, not the drug variety. When spring arrives I have a few logs that I'd like to inoculate with mushrooms - anybody have a particular breed they like that might be good to start with? Recipes are welcome, too! No oyster, I hate oyster mushrooms.
