   i know you want a brick and mortar but I'd start online first, i know i know it's just easier to get off the ground that way, i belive the most capital would go into buying rights to be sole importer/retailer of what you plan to purvey.
   
   say an american label that has a few japanese record labels as partners and catering to a select taste.
