I thought it would have gone by slower. maybe it is because of the third wave. not knowing the outcome. but I'm kind of amazed it's only 2 weeks from 2021.
I said "Watch this year go by fast in 2018. then 2019 came around pretty fast. and I said the same thing about 2020. but then all this shit happened. not sure if it felt faster for everyone when it should of felt a lot slower for being shut in much of the year. but yeah. 2021.
of course time speeds up as you get older. Natures cruel joke.

Every year goes by faster and faster because the length of a year does not change together with the length of my overall life. Therefore a year does not feel like that much these days.
When you are 6 years old, a year is a long time, as you've only experienced 6 of them, and a year still takes up a significant portion of what you've lived.
