Rarely these will touch down

   Bugz Space Nigga
   Water spouts vortex almost forming. They happen every year but they almost never touch down. once in 20 years or so, it will hit the ground and rip a deck apart or some roof. or they even have been recorded over the ocean as water spouts.
   
   You can see san francisco kind of in the far right and the 2 funnel clouds to the left.
