    It was sneaky the way they did it, too. They hid the treasonous bill inside a larger bill, submitted by an anonymous senator, and it passed.

    That's only for constitutional amendments. A bill can be passed into law by the Congress and the President.

    It wasn't a constitutional issue, according to how they ran it through. They hid a bill inside an omnibus bill that transforms the United States of America into the Corporation of the United States of America, and the sponsor of the bill was listed as Anonymous. It passed both houses. That's all it needed to become law. It was that easy.
