    That was Hank Johnson in the US House of Representatives from Georgia's 4th congressional district. He showed his stupidity over 9 years ago and is still in congress. That district, which includes metropolitan Atlanta is 58.1 % black according to the US 2020 census, has shown its stupidity by repeatedly re-electing him.
