Sadly for him, the Cake Lady wont be delivered until 11pm. When TEAM NIS is all liquered up.
Because Vegas stop trying to be a family oriented-child safe city it should be OK to invite Wario but we don't want him getting to drunk and trying to sucker punch everyone including the Cake ladies giving out lap dances.
I recommend the ol' Tropicana Hotel. it's clean, inexpensive, has bungalo with full size kitchens and living rooms just outside of the Pool. like a Cabana. Speedy we'll place on the top floor in a mini suite. easier to ditch him that way without him feeling too left out.
So.. Yeah, Wario. We can't invite you because you'll be on Poland time. that means you will probably be up when we're not and might have a flashback of us insulting you and you going all Polish Banana on our asses.
Of Course that is what Boris is for. He'll protect us. -

renting out a small board room instead of a convention room might be doable. we just ask the table be removed.. leave the chairs for lap dances
I suggest that over a Massive Suite everyone could throw in for because the suite might get uber trashed and cost shitloads of repair money. a board room, what could go wrong? a broken window or 4? -

I don't know how to better describe the experience than that. it's like neuron activation x2000. I think MDMA is more of a hard drug than meth because you can do meth every day, most people do and while yes it does cause brain damage , MDMA used every day is a lot worse for you because it messes with serotonin.
All dopamine and fried neurons cause is anhedonia. Serotonin syndrome can kill you
